I've spent the last six years at the heart of crypto companies. From transaction monitoring at Binance to running payment operations, treasury and OTC execution at Relai, a MiCA-regulated Bitcoin-only fintech. On the side I owned the entire IT stack: identity and access management, asset inventory, admin across every internal system.
I'm an operations generalist with a builder's mindset. I don't just document processes, I build the automation behind them: AI agents, custom skills, data pipelines. Building is the part I genuinely love, and I put real time into it. Everything I build ships and gets used, rather than sitting in a folder as a portfolio piece.
I work async by default and enjoy building systems that keep running on their own.
